It’s very relevant. Inappropriate subpoenas don’t have to be complied with
False. They sure do. Or they have to be contested. If neither of those things occur, the person can be held in contempt of court or Congress depending on which entity issued the subpoena. And since it’s a criminal statute we are talking about regarding a Congressional subpoena, the person simply refusing to comply could be prosecuted. I sure hope none ever accepts “advice” from you.
Of course it is. That’s what a misdemeanor is, you abject asshole.and not complying with these subpoenas is not a crime.
You wouldn’t understand. You’re far too much of a drone hack.Again, why would they challenge the subpoena? There’s absolutely no point and no requirement they do so.
You make these categorical statements. But you’re an idiot and you cannot ever offer support for your shit. The DoJ will make the same determination every other DoJ has made when it comes to this issue and it will not be prosecuting their own. Which, incidentally, the DoJ in house counsel was already undoubtedly involved in the decision to not comply with the subpoena.
Do you remember a guy named Bannon? Do your recall what happened to him when he defied a Congressional subpoena?
You idiot.
