You cannot file a lawsuit against the federal government unless you can show damages. The states are filing suits in unprecedented numbers over the administrations illegal immigration policies that are seriously harming and endangering U.S. citizens as well as draining mega resources from U.S. citizens, but a militarized and rogue DOJ blows those off as fast as they get them.
