Here's my issue with the video of the "supposed" ex-cop.
Law enforcement personnel are highly trained with their firearms, as are the military. What we don't do, is hold a pistol "sideways and with one hand." I understand that he is using his phone to video what he is doing, but the sideways hold, just isn't a method used by cops. It's far less accurate when shooting.
I'm not saying it's not a seriously real occurrence, I just have a minimal doubt about its authenticity.

As I said before I thought it looked staged.
After some research I found the gun a Canik TP9 in desert brown, which has a loaded chamber indicator, a red dot that's easily visible.
From a frame grab of the video, I can't find that red dot, and instead it looks like the gun when unloaded

In Southern CA you don't have to live in the hood to get broken into.
It's why so many people left California......
