I have watched lots of videos on cops detaining or making arrests. 99.9% of the time the cops are polite and considerate even when the perps have obviously broken the law and are being belligerent. No real cops want to have to take down a perp for no reason. They are in enough danger as it is on patrol. They jusst want to go home after their shift.
