What solution do you suggest Baron?
Shouldn't govt authorities screen for life-threatening medical and criminal illness before permitting entrance by foreign/noncitizens who otherwise pose health and safety threats to the public the govt is supposed to protect?

In the cases of Ebola, potential carriers were quarantined and not allowed to travel to other countries. Why not use science to detect other deadly diseases, similar to AIDS, in order for citizens to be fully informed before coming in contact with carriers and have a choice in the matter.

Criminal illness this severe, as with this couple, CAN be screened and detected in advance. Don't we have a social responsibility to do this? Instead of exposing other citizens to dangerous and deadly situations?
