OMG those clips were next level creepy. If Cruz,Rubio or any other republican running in 2016 had behaved in such a way around women and children it would have been all over the MSM and would have ended their campaign.
When Biden's creepy behavior was first highlighted I think many were willing to believe it was just innocent overstepping of boundaries.
