Cruz campaign always planned to target Melania: 'Critically important'she posed nude

Some people think it is inappropriate and a disturbing situation to have semi-nude glamor photo's of a first lady distributed all over the world. It's a free country, so it is OK for them to have all kinds of religious, moral or value judgments. Doesn't really matter who put them out in Utah to educate and inform voters, or if Cruz covertly gave his nod of approval. The voters had a right to be informed.

Well wives were supposed to be off limits. No whining now from the Cruz camp when it goes full frontal on Heidi. Right? The public has the right to know right?
The ones going after each others wives are the two sleaze bags at the top of the Republican ticket. Trying to debate which one of those dirt bags are sleazier is just pissing in the wind. Both are embarrassments to America.

Still a matter of Cruz and associates deciding to take on Melania and by the way we've only been talking about Cruz's people labelling her as a lesbian porn queen for crying out loud.

Trump does one retweet and the Cruz team starts wailing away at the unfairness of it all.

But the other key point the Cruz lobbyist was making was that Melania was foreign born. Therefore unacceptable. Oh that's rich! Considering who she backs.

I would challenge anyone on this board to take the same test required of legitimate US citizenship applicants. That in the expectation that the success rate would be somewhere around 12% though I will admit that many of the failures would be wilfull - just to keep from losing the testee's Democrat Party Platinum Membership Card and, worse, their decoder ring.

Posing nude bad. Foreign born just as bad. That's rich that a First Lady can't be foreign born eh? Melania for those that don't know became a very proud citizen of the US.

So I don't want to hear any more bullshit from Cruz supporters that Donald started this bullshit m'kay? It was always part of the campaign to target Melania from the get go.

Don't tell us the super pac did this without their knowledge. And by the way Cruz has STILL NOT disavowed them or what they did.

Piss on Cruz and his supporters for supporting what they did to Melania. Check the date. Oh and the idiot doesn't recognize that Heidi will not become the FIRST pro life First Lady. There are three before her.

Cruz supporter: 'Critically important' that Trump's wife posed nude

By Eddie Scarry (@eScarry) • 3/8/16 3:03 PM

A Ted Cruz supporter said during an interview on Fox Business Network that it's "critically important" that Republican voters consider that Donald Trump's wife Melania is foreign-born and has "posed nude" in a magazine.

On Tuesday, Cruz supporter Andrea McWilliams, a Texas-based lobbyist, told Fox anchor Neil Cavuto that in light of former first lady Nancy Reagan's death this week, "we should be looking at the first lady candidates, instead of just talking about the men."

"If Donald trump is elected, Mrs. Trump will be the first first lady that has ever posed nude; the first first lady that's the third wife [of the president]; and the first foreign-born first lady in this century."

She said, "by contrast," Cruz's wife Heidi would be "the first pro-life first lady."

OK so your title is a lie. A "Cruz supporter" is not the "Cruz Campaign." I am a Cruz supporter but not part of his campaign in any way.
Second where is all that dirt on Heidi you were promising last week? Did it get lost under Putin's pillow?

Funny how these Trump lovers are also Putin admirers :uhoh3:

Federal law prohibits Cruz to have any contact with these PAC's.

Since there is no accusation he did so, to make the leap that he was behind it is ridiculous.

He never condemned it. That's all he had to do. But one also has to realize that when his new best buddy Carly (you know the one his other super pac gave a half a million bucks to mysteriously last year) shares the very same address with the super pac under Liz Mair that ran the ad targeting Utah women voters there's smoke there.

Cruz and his campaign are sleazy. From the bs that Carson was leaving the race, to the two dirties against Rubio and now plotting to hit Melania right from the get go shows me that Trump was right all along.
Why would he condemn it? What was wrong about the ad? It wasnt photoshopped. It had nothing inaccurate about it. Melania did actually do that photo shoot, those pics did actually appear in a public magazine. She is actually married to Trump.
There is nothing sleazy about Cruz's campaign. Totally made up accusations.

First off they targeted Trump's wife. Gee I thought you weren't supposed to do that. And don't hand me "the super pac did it". Cruz never came out and denounced the targeting of Trump's wife. Still to this day.

Glenn Beck with his claim that Melania was doing lesbian photo shoots isn't over the line? Cruz has never said Glenn cut that shit out. I don't agree with targeting a wife.

Come on Rabbi.

Funny Trump wouldn't debate Cruz, on the issues, one on one...Instead you Tumpites .would rather push this soap opera bullshit....How petty

You're missing the point. When you are running a holier than thou / not politics as usual campaign and you continually do dirties on a consistent basis it counts.

Dirty on Dr. Carson, two freaking dirties on Rubio and those ones were outrageous and then specifically targeting Melania and then crying victim when Heidi gets a retweet is hypocritical as hell.

Look if he came out and said I'm running a nasty campaign and it's gloves off everyone and then everyone else can make up shit about him like he did to Cruz and Rubio and target Melania. No problemo.

But Evangelical holier than thou nose in the air Christian campaign. Bite me.

What point am I missing? I think Cruz is a dirtbag. Trump is a dirtbag. Hilly is a psychopath who belongs in a straight-jacket. I won't vote for any of them....sitting this one out unless magic happens at the convention and somebody is put forward who I can support....(hint: Rubio)

I'm actually hoping that Rubio stays in the Senate a little longer because he is very young and I think he has a great future up and coming. No need to rush to the Presidency for now. I think by doing that he can over come the insider tag that was foisted on him. I always thought personally that the establishment by luring him into the Gang of Eight were actually trying to sabotage his future candidacy and sadly it did in this primary cycle.

All scrapping with you aside in the heat of the primary, I truly beleive that if he takes his time now and looks at building up support from tea party across to mainstream he would be one hell of a candidate to beat in the future.

ETA: I love love love his personal story. I only have radio but I was able to catch his speech at the Convention. So very moving.

He's out he had to agree to not run for Senate, if he runs for president...What a mistake that was... Florida law doesn't allow you to run for both

Okay, what was untrue or inaccurate about Trump's tweet showing Cruz' wife? That WAS Heidi, was it not? Was it photoshopped? Is there anything in that picture that is altered or false? You think Melania is fair game because she's married to Trump, right? So why isn't Heidi fair game? She's married to Cruz, isn't she? Why is one ok and not the other?

First let me say, I have no dog in this fight but for one, it was an ad criticizing moral values and whether the Nation wants the baggage that comes with the first Lady's nude pictures all over the place and the article that went with it... where trump is bragging about the mile high sex he's had with her, the other ad was simply making fun of a candidate's wife by taking the worst picture of her and posting it and stating she was not as pretty as the trophy wife, of the other candidate.... (like looks truly matter... on first Ladies?)

Stop being so damn disingenuous. Cruz targeted Trump's wife and Trump responded by targeting Cruz' wife. Turnabout is fair play. You just don't like Trump so you're willing to compromise any integrity you might have had to excuse the other guy. Have you no shame?

Well we either leave wives out of the picture or not. When I started posting about Heidi's involvement in the Bush administration and deep involvement in Wall Street via Goldman Sachs I thought long and hard about it.

I came to the conclusion that I was going to participate in getting the information out there only because her history did contradict the Cruz campaigns claim to fame that Cruz was an outsider, anti establishment and against the Washington cartel.

This has been his rallying cry. But it is all a lie. He's a complete fraud. And the more I dug and more others dug boy oh boy its wild.

Their outsider claim is a charade. All of it. And Heidi is part and parcel of the inside the beltway elite establishment as well as all Wall Street all the time.

But it wasn't easy to come to the decision to run with this.

On the other hand if you go back and read what the Cruz lobbyist is saying is that #1 posed nude leaving out the part that she was a super model and this was a British GQ edition on super models including Kate Moss I think and several other super models at the time. AND #2 Then the lobbyist goes on to say that Melania is foreign born insinuating that's a bad thing.

That's kinda rich considering who she is backing.

:)

On top of this co-ordinated attack on Melania, you have Glenn Beck putting up on Facebook that Melania was posing for lesbian porn. I mean come on here. And what does this photo shoot have to do with the here and now? Melania is gifted and is able to converse in five languages and has a degree in design and architecture. Sponsors many charities.

Her modelling days are far behind her.

Now Cruz has not done any of this directly right? But have you ever heard or read any condemnation of these tactics by all around him?

Hell no. One more time, he pulls out the it wasn't me card. No mercy now.

You never had a problem with Heidi being attacked

Or the false story attacking cruzs marriage.

And how is pointing out that melania did soft core porn, something Donald is proud of, and which you guys have been pointing to as a reason to vote for Donald, an attack?

Your team team threw down the gauntlet. My threads on Heidi have been to point out that between Heidi and Ted they are completely and utterly establishment inside the beltway and Wall Street insiders.

AKA Pointing out that Cruz is a fraud. Anything goes now. The Cruz team opened Pandora's box.

You still haven't explained how pointing out the fact that melania has done porn is an attack when trumpets have been using the exact same pictures as reasons why we should vote for trump and that's alright.

And your own post undermines the argument that Ted threw down the gauntlet. You've been attacking Heidi's employment for well over a month. But no one can mention melanias employment when it demonstrates that Donald trump is a sleazy human being who has his admitted trophy wife so pornography to boost his ego. Maybe if trump would man up and get over his insecurity about his small hands, he could treat his wife with respect and people might take his faux outrage over pictures he approved being used.

She was a high end fashion model not a porn queen. Get a freaking grip. But hey keep it up. Anything goes with Heidi now.
t.
What clothes was she modeling in that particular shoot?

Where did Cruz decide to "target Trump's wife"? Be specific here.
Gee, I don't know where Ted was when he made that decision, Rabbi.
Translation: I've got nothing.
Thanks.

The fact that Cruz would not disavow the ad is evidence he knew about it and condoned it or was giving a wink and a nod. Otherwise he would have condemned it.
