Passing a Balanced Budget Ammendment would put an end to these shenanigans for all time. Why all sides cannot agree to such a thing, and make it happen, is beyond me. Come on man! Republicans can make cuts that do not make things draconian easily. If this is the RINO manifesto, then McCarthy is Ryan and Cantor and others. He needs to go if this is the truth.
