Defund local city governments instead of the police

Honestly, many of the police departments have many reports of "racism" within their respective departments among staff and the populace, but next to nothing is ever done about it. However, the ONLY way to clean things up and address them is for the heads of these police departments, i.e. mayors, to put people in place to do exactly that.

So where are the problems? In major cities across the US dominated by democrats with democrat mayors

Could it be that democrat mayors across the country ARE, in fact, intentionally propagating racism within these departments for political purposes?

These cities are run by the local city, not Trump. Where is the accountability within these democrat utopia?

1) Create the problem and bring it to a head.

2) Then shout "THIS CAN"T GO ON! SOMEONE MUST DO SOMETHING!"

3) Step in with the "solution" to the problem that they created, which always sows the seeds of the next contrived problem.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

As usual, democrats are looking for the President to solve their problems, much like what local schools have done with education.

My guess is that these local police departments in Progressive democrat cities are fostering racism, but why?

Do all Progressive democrats hate blacks that much, or perhaps they are creating an argument to nationalize the police so that they answer to the President, much like Hitler created his own police force with the SS.

They're sporting to create so much upheaval and chaos that they'll claim international intervention is called for....They're not satisfied to usurp the power of states and localities, they aim to give the whole nation over to the global hive.

I think this is the crux of the problem for Progressives at this point

Local law enforcement recognizes the Constitution, regarding such things as the right to assemble, to go to work, to bear arms, etc. So when Progressives try to bypass the Constitution using various legal maneuvers, many are refusing to enforce these "decrees"

So the only option now for them is to create a police force dedicated to serving the next great Progressive President who is ever so enlightened, non-racist, and full of virtue.
