my country of Lebanon could use a little anti-corruption. the last 30 years, after the 1975-1990 civil war, the politicians have stolen everything, and there's no money in the country left. just to give you an idea, when i buy a book about American politics in lebanon, it costs as much as my government-issued driver makes in A MONTH! just one damn book! (i get my own driver because both my parents served in the lebanese army)
my other country the US spends the most on soldiers & weapons than any other country in the world. If we had less corruption in the world, we would need a smaller defense budget.
