If she had used the State.gov email system like everyone else, as mentioned, that is an UNCLASSIFIED email system. All of these classified emails would have been and were through her staff on this UNCLASSIFIED State.gov system, because there is no means to communicate classified information like a person's name you do not want revealed or a date and time of a planned phone call with a leader, and other classified info that is part of the day to day operations that you do not want to be released to the public...

and what the State dept did, even before Hillary, is use their UNCLASSIFIED State.gov email system, even for classified information (but not Secret or Top Secret), and when an FOIA request came, they would cypher through the requested emails and black out the classified/ sensitive information before they were released.

And that is exactly how they have treated the release of Hillary's emails that were on her server...go through them and black out the classified or sensitive information. There is no difference between her private storage and storage on the UNCLASSIFIED State.gov system on how they are gone through, blacked out, and released.

If she only could sue your asses for the harassment and libel, for all that you have continued to do to her...but as a public servant, she can't....
