The asshole, authoritarian democrats do not want due process protections for American citizens who are mistakenly put on the no fly list....they want to make sure they never own guns again....
The NRA isn't the problem.....the democrats just want to ban as many guns as they can...and to ban as many people from owning guns as they can.....
House to vote on gun legislation
Democrats say the Cornyn bill doesn’t go far enough since it includes a “probable cause” standard that would require law enforcement officials to prove that a gun buyer is an actual terrorist rather than a suspected terrorist.
Instead, Democrats want a vote on legislation that would bar firearm sales to anyone on a terrorism watch list or no-fly list.
