Chauvin was charged with depriving the 14-year-old of his constitutional rights during the arrest.

When Floyd became unresponsive. Chauvin had a legal and moral duty to get the fuck off of Floyd.

Let’s say that a man robs a liquor store. The clerk dies from a heart attack. The robber is charged with Murder. He didn’t intend to kill anyone.
