Weather this is done by special counsel or by the AG there will be blowback. This is coming out one way or the other and its going to be a huge problem for democrats.

Nunez can send them up but Barr can still choose to invoke a special counsel. Either method is going to cause a huge rift in the Democrat party. The only advantage I can see in doing it by special counsel is the unimpeded access to information and a grand jury to indite.

This needs an impartial look to be credible.
