Did the term "DEI" replace the term "affirmative action?"

Marketers know that things get stale, so you have to rebrand every so often.

The "Conflict Theory" discussed by Weber, Marx, etc. was repackaged as "Critical Race Theory."

It seems "Affirmative Action" got long in the tooth, so the new product is "DEI."

The Supreme Court ruled that Affirmative Action was illegal because it violated our civil rights laws that protect people from racial discrimination.
The dumb left wingers were outraged when they were told that everyone has the same civil rights.
They could not believe it.
They believe that it's racist for everyone to have the same civil rights.
DEI is in reality left wing hate, prejudice, discrimination and black racism.
