It's pretty shitty what happened to Fields in Chicago, they put a garbage team around him, got rid of him, and draft Willams #1 and surround him with talent. Trubisky had a very good team with an elite, top 3 defense, and could do nothing with it, yet Fields did not have what either of those guys had around him.
