Do Congressional Democrats need their own brand?

This is something I have pick up on in a few posts lately. The Congressional Democrats are their own entity and should brand themselves as such. I have watched Congressional debate between Republicans and Democrats and seen the Presidential priorities. All three are very different. Congressional Democrats could present their very pro-American efforts and separate themselves from other forces in the U.S. government. It would give the voters a clear choice in 2014.
