The Justice Department has thrown in with the student group suing Harvard for its blatant racism in admissions.

We’ll see where it goes from here.

Alas, this is something that sessions didn't think through. As affirmative action and legacy admissions are how Harvard keeps its white student population up.

Legacy admissions need not be affected,

Legacy admissions need not be affected,

If they keep Asians out of slots they've rightfully earned.....oh they'll be affected.

And Harvard has to use affirmative action to keep its white population up.

Harvard is a private college and has the right to decide what it's incoming class looks like. They want a balanced class. There is nothing racist in that.

Depends on what you mean by balance. If it’s in terms of race then it’s totally racist. Preference granted in the name of race.

Harvard is a pr4ivate college. They can decide who to let in. No racism.

That makes no sense.

But there are more minority students than white students on Harvard campus now.

Harvard’s white student population is nearly nothing....

Amazing how Democrats now agree with Barry Goldwater and side against the 64 Civil Rights act now that the discrimination is against white people...
