The plaintiff must prove it's a lie and also that they knew it was a lie. I've seen numerous techs on TV saying the machines are unreliable and easy to manipulate. All Fox needs is one witness. ROTFL! The suit has not yet even been referred by a judge to trial yet. There will be a hearing first.
Dominion will present it's claim and Fox will respond. Since several technical experts have already said publicly that the machines are unreliable and easy to manipulate, the case is DEAD.
Fox's claim might have been slightly questionable,, but they had ample basis for what they said, which means the defamation case is DEAD. It only wins if the defendant knew they were lying,
