Yeah, they do....they have stricter gun control than the rest of the state.....and most gun murders happen there....why? Because the gangs have control through selecting and electing the aldermen who represent the wards they control....They keep the police from arresting gang members, prevent law enforcment tools from being deployed and generally make their wards conducive to criminal activity.

But no matter how many blacks the democrats murdered through lynching, bombs and bullets, the blacks and their republican allies would not give up.
