Schiff just inadvertantly claimed he himself comitted a crime of asking Russians for dirt on his rival , which is what Durham too politely was eluding to when telling him he (Adam Schiff) "personally" knows it's common practice.
This should give GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna more ammo as they claim to have the votes now to censure him even before his admission of a crime.
