It's about time the EU wakes up and develop their own more reliable and cheaper fuel sources, but they can't completely wean themselves of Russian gas either.

Siberia has been part of Russia for Centuries.

AND Siberia WILL BE FREE AGAIN

Is there a magic bullet? Hydrogen?

Will Germany go back to nuclear power?
A VERY GOOD QUESTION, WHAT IF UKRAINE, POLAND , FRANCE , BELARUS, FINLAND, ETC. WILL BUILT MORE nuclear pp SELLING ENERGY TO GERMANY ? In 5 years EU could build 50 nuclear power plants.

Democrats have been blocking the building of new LNG gas plants on the east coast for more than a decade which would have largely prevented the current crisis and would have certainly put the US in it's strongest position in history as an exporter of LNG had they been built.

Instead they chose to create those jobs overseas for the workers of other countries.

I doubt that would be possible, building nuke plants requires extremely skilled laborers and technicians which are in woefully short supply.

That would be a GREAT idea.

Now that Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Bulgaria have shown how to get rid of Moscow (stolen ) gas. The rest can follow!
Energy Independence has always been a good idea to achieve but some countries simply doesn't have the resources to do that.

Russia may have overplayed their hand on energy supply but Europe for a while seemed to want to be dependent of Russian Gas and Oil.

Now they are beginning to look elsewhere for better and more reliable energy source.

Adolf how are you doing? Any word on your Azov Nazi buddies who cowardly surrendered to the dirty Russians? Have they been executed or sent to the gulag to die of starvation and exposure?
