Alec Baldwin Rust trial to begin this week

If you've ever watched a movie, or a western on TV, you will see the actors pointing their guns directly at other actors and pulling the trigger.

It's called realism. And they've been doing it for a hundred years, before CGI made it possible to just point the gun, and the computer artists would fill in the gunshot.
And that still looks kind of fake when they do it.

Nope. This is a Trump prosecutor going after someone for an accident.

Come on, guy, if this guy hadn't mercilessly mocked Cheeto Jesus, you wouldn't care a whit about this case.
He shot a woman to death you fucking shitfuck! Every gun owner in America cares about this case. You're a stupid, stupid person.

He was handed a prop by an armorer and told it was safe, and then he was told by a director to point it at a camera for an establishing shot.

This case is a farce.

This is no different than an actor being handed a phony stick of dynamite, and told to light the fuse. And then throw it at the row of bad guys.

Should he be held accountable if the prop master handed him a REAL stick of dynamite?

Should he be able to tell a prop stick of dynamite from the real thing?

Never checked the firearm...............his responsibility.
Are you saying it's the passengers responsibility to check the plane before it takes off?

No.. really. Before getting on a plane, shouldn't the passengers check the condition of it. Inspect it for safety.

Have they been trained and hold the proper licensing?

'Oh I didn't know it was loaded' won't 'fly' in court.

Would you have pulled the trigger w/o checking?
I know I would not have. I would not have even pointed it at a human being in that situation.

The armorer's father knew that. He did all the firearms on Gunsmoke, and you know there was a lot of shooting on that.

Tbh I doubt the armorer is really guilty if her father trained her right.

Was Alec Baldwin trained? Did he hold the proper licensing?

No!

If Alec Baldwin, a mere actor, had a duty to inspect, shouldn't the mere passengers on airplanes have a duty to inspect. Neither are trained to inspect.

Let's change that to yes..............what are they supposed to look for?
What was Alec Baldwin supposed to look for.
Dummy bullets are made to look just like real bullets.
Unless you take them apart, you can't tell the difference.

Fucktard: A majority of Americans know proper gun safety. Apparently not in the Baldwin household. I blame his parents.

You don't need a license to fire a gun.

You'd remove the 'dummy' bullets and visibly inspect them.

Dummy's or blanks don't have a bullet in the casing.

It's debatable if postman has ever seen a real bullet 1st hand.

OOo! I got a blank gun..hmm..
