Judge Aileen Cannon set a two-week briefing schedule for those arguments and paused three unrelated filing deadlines that were scheduled to take place during that period.

In a statement after the judge’s order, a spokesperson for Trump said, “Cannon has rightfully issued a stay and called for additional briefing on the application of the Supreme Court’s historic decision on Presidential Immunity” and called for the case to be “thrown out entirely.”

The corruption party continues their quest to destroy America.

We need people posted at every drop box, relief teams in place for Election Night, a plumber on site in case a toilet leaks, and an electronics engineer with a masters in case a light bulb burns out. PLUS….no papering up windows, and Republican observers allowed close enough to observe.

I think the GOP has gone a long way to address most of those problems this time, thing is, people tried to monitor drop boxes last time and they took action to remove them under the excuse that it was intimidating democrats from cheating.
