A concerted effort by the vile left to rig another trial, this one in Florida, has been dismantled by a federal judge.

The left is continuing their Jihad against Trump by attempting to remove Judge Cannon. That effort was so blatant and obvious that the federal judge shut it down in a way that would have been embarrassing to any other group of lowlifes... excluding the Dems / Socialists.

There is not a more diseased group of people with a shared pathology than the Dems / Socialists.

But 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge William Pryor shot down the effort, saying in a May 22 order that he "has considered and dismissed four of those orchestrated complaints as merits-related and as based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred."

The 11th Circuit found that Cannon “improperly exercised equitable jurisdiction” in hearing the case and that the entire proceeding should be dismissed. Notably, the court also found that regardless of the status of a document in question (personal or presidential), the government maintains the authority to seize it under a warrant supported by probable cause.

Given that they can legally accept “tips” from defendants after they’re acquitted, I expect judges to fight tooth and claw for high profile cases with rich defendants.
