Abortion is a great example:
1. Supposedly they're all about human rights (when it suits them), but a woman can end a human's life if it suits them in the form of abortion. They've told themselves it's not really human, as if it's a cauliflower before the umbilical cord is cut. They're lying to themselves.
2. They argue for abortion citing cases of crime and health issues, when these instances likely represent less than 2% of all abortions. In other terms, they offer extreme reasons to justify abortion, because their conscious says they're wrong. They're lying to you.
