Yet more government intrusion into our daily lives. More of the fake wetlands BS from the government that is nothing more than land grabbing without compensation. For example, there is a creek down the road from me. Except when it's raining, you can get your ankle wet stepping in it. But according to the US Army Corp of Engineers it is navigable waters, so therefore all of the property owners along the creek must obtain special permits (for a nominal fee of course) to clear weeds.
