It's anything but. My favorite scene is towards the end when the producers bodyguards, the FBI and the mob, are all in the hotel room facing each other, but instead of the big gunfight, they all start arguing with each other.

"Drop your weapons!"

He's pretty cool as Floyd in TR, except he doesn't replace the toilet paper.
