Finally had a chance to go to Whole Foods to buy food and I have to say that

Trader Joes is slightly better. You can't go wrong with either store because they both offer some delicious options but when I break down

Trader Joes has the better Mexican Options

Whole Foods has the better Tortilla Chips

Trader Joes has the better Meats

Whole Foods has the better Breads

Trader Joes has the better Juice Options

Whole Foods has the better Pasta Options

Both have a nice dessert section.

Never been in a Trader Joe's before and my first experience at Whole Foods was about 3 or 4 months ago in a brand new store here on Oahu... May be the best quality of produce I have ever seen... Don't get me wrong, you pay through the nose for the quality... Hell there is a Bar inside the store where you can get lickered up and then go grocery shopping... Lot different than the old A & P...

Especially the signature stores. You can actually buy 30 day dry aged beef!!!
You wont find that at Trader Joes or Whole Foods.
