Finally had a chance to go to Whole Foods to buy food and I have to say that

Trader Joes has the better Mexican Options

Whole Foods has the better Tortilla Chips

Trader Joes has the better Meats

Whole Foods has the better Breads

Trader Joes has the better Juice Options

Whole Foods has the better Pasta Options

Both have a nice dessert section.

You didn’t mention Trader Joe’s has like 20% of the inventory of a Whole Foods.

Whole Foods has a great Deli and tons of cheese varieties that I like.
