16 weeks covers rape, and rape covers incest, unless you are talking about forced abortions for incestuous consensual relationships.

And by the 3rd trimester, the mother's life is easier to save by just c-sectioning the baby out.

6. Trump makes NATO stronger by making deadbeats pay up
7. Enforce immigration laws.
