Maybe it is too early to tell, or perhaps the source for this story is off base, but rumblings seem to be in the making as Kuwait is accused of switching a scheduled hotel event from its regular long time favorite and used hotel, The Four Seasons, to the new Trump hotel, allegedly under pressure from Trump staff. Will "Pay to play Presidential politics" become routine now with Mr. trump as President or is this a fake news story being promoted to make trump look like a crook?

Should bribery funds be shared with American tax-payers or should all the funds go straight to trump and the trump kids?

Neither.

You're just a fucking imbecile.
So, if I am the imbecile, why can't you say where the bribery funds should go? Doesn't that make you the imbecile? 'Splain yourself dunce.

If foreign officials presume that their patronage of "Trump" business interests - which is apparently what happened here - it is not bribery, any more than donating money to a politicians' campaign is bribery.

In order to have a case, there MUST a quid-pro-quo.

Looks like the trumper response will be to play ostrich and make believe there is nothing to the story.

Was it considered bribery when the Clintons rented out the Lincoln bedroom? I'd like to know how anyone was coerced.

Maybe it was. How does that determine whether this situation is any more or less unethical? Are you saying that the Clinton's being unethical allows Trump to be unethical?

Well he isn't in office yet for one thing. He's free to charge a million bucks a room for a brief visit by hisself. There's nothing unethical or illegal about it. As president it wouldn't fly and I don't know the details of what transpired, the media is not doing honest reporting these days. Everything needs to be cross checked for reliability.

When did it become legal to take donations from foreign governments? Why doesn't the Emoluments Claus, Article 1 Section 9 apply to this situation?

Kuwait is known for doing everything first class, it would only follow they would move their event to the newest, nicest facility in town. Trumps hotel is providing retail services at market rates, nothing wrong with that. Your strawman is a FAIL.

Lame. Trump's hotels do not have the reputation you are claiming, certainly not the new one.

It's an emolument. And what does Article I, § 9, Clause 8 of the US Constitution have to say about emoluments presented, of any sort, from foreign governments to a sitting President. The Framers were very, very clear about that!
Article I

emolument - noun
A salary, fee, or profit from employment or office
emolument - definition of emolument in English | Oxford Dictionaries

Sounds like a suckup move on Kuwait's part and so you have suckups in the world that would still stab you in the back in a heart beat. I am sure president elect Trump is aware of that fact. Maybe you should try growing up a bit.

The left is about to find out what it means to have lied so much that nothing from them is believed.

So it's only been open a few months, right in the city center. You keep making claims with zero evidence to back them up. Stop your fucking trolling and provide some evidence of unethical activity or just STFU. Hint hotels doing what hotels do is not unethical.
