Very good point. Of course, it is also true that the LGBT-Q fanatics who think that what is going on that video is of positive benefit to kids are also a tiny, extreme, obscure group. So, you're pointing out a handful of tiny, extreme, obscure cults, and trying to smear all conservatives and/or Christians by association thereof.
And that is the difference. The left does defend their own extremists on various issues, even to the point of closing their eyes to evidence of the extremism. They are all about gaining political power, and they know that they can achieve strength in numbers among disparate groups by each supporting the other groups' policies, and ideas. It's bullshit, of course. The overwhelming vast majority of conservatives, the overwhelming vast majority of Christian, would not support nor defend what those cults are doing.
On this pedo grooming, though, they are almost exclusively defending by denying. It is hard to get a liberal to look at that video and say that it is fine. But they will deny what is in the video without watching it. Someone thinks that its fine, obviously. The people who are doing it do. The other liberals are willing to go along with it. It makes a good distraction from opposition to their economic policies and growing fascism.
Kind of like when child soldiers were (and are) used as cannon fodder. Send the expendable kids out to draw fire, and reserve your grown troops for the main action.
Yep . . .One of those cults, in fact, is bizarre offshoot of my own religion, and I do not think that anyone in my own religion would support or defend that cult or its activities.
What is going on here, of course is something that we have all seen before.
Your side is openly engaging in and supporting activity which all sane, decent human beings recognize as immoral and harmful, and you're making a clumsy and failed attempt at a tu quoque by trying to falsely accuse us of immoral and harmful behavior that none of us actually support.
