Obamacare Will Be Repealed Well In Advance Of The 2014 Elections - Forbes

Pediction: even if HealthCare.gov is fixed by the end of the month (unlikely), Obamacare is going to be repealed well in advance of next year’s election. And if the website continues to fail, the push for repeal—from endangered Democrats—will occur very rapidly. The website is a sideshow: the real action is the number of people and businesses who are losing their health plans or having to pay a lot more. Fixing the website will only delay the inevitable.

Senate Democrats endangered for re-election will lead the charge for repeal perhaps as soon as January, after they get an earful over the Christmas break. They’ll call it “reform,” and clothe it in calls for delaying the individual mandate and allowing people and businesses to keep their existing health insurance policies. But it is probably too late to go back in many cases. With the political damage guaranteed to continue, the momentum toward repeal will be unstoppable. Democrats will not want to face the voters next November with the albatross of Obamacare.

Got news for ya', Jakey...there are going to be a whole SLEW of Republicans running for office next year that are praying that ObamaCare doesn't get repealed. I don't think you grasp what a disaster this piece of legislation is and how much worse it's going to get in the next year. For Democrats in swing States? ObamaCare has always been a ticking time bomb. The public didn't like it BEFORE they saw all of it's real costs. When they finally understand what this white elephant is going to cost them they are going to be looking for the political scalps of whoever voted it in.

The Nancy Pelosi's and the Chuck Shumer's will be safe because they're from solid liberal enclaves but for politicians like Mary Landrieau from Louisiana? She is in DEEP shit!

Poll: 46% say Obama 'misled' them on keeping insurance

A new high has been reached of Americans who believe that Obamacare is bad for the country -- 55 percent.

Rasmussen Reports also said that just 35 percent of 1,000 likely voters surveyed in a new Obamacare poll believe that President Obama's trademark legislation and health program is good for America.

A similar 55 percent “also at least somewhat favor repealing the law, while 41 percent are opposed. This includes 43 percent who strongly favor repeal and 31 percent who strongly oppose it,” said the pollster.

“This is the highest number of voters who’ve said the law will be bad for the country in regular surveying since February 2011,” said the pollster who headlined their survey, “55% Favor Repeal of Obamacare.”


In addition, a whopping 71 percent of likely voters believe that Americans should be allowed to keep their current health insurance even if it doesn’t meet Obamacare’s conditions. The president made the promise that nobody would lose their insurance under Obamacare, but thousands are losing it, and the promise has been forced to admit he wasn’t truthful.
