Dunno if it was Cavuto's show or he was subbing for the regular host, but a panel was discussing the Jennifer Lawrence phone hacking thing and one of the female guests while discussing what is and isn't a sex crime said child pornography isn't a sex crime. Vis a vis sex crimes involve an assailant and a victim.

Pretty sure child pornography qualifies as a sex crime since it has a victim and assailant whether the photographer or adult in the imagery.

Can't figure out how to get the transcript. All I can find is a short foxnews.com graph about Jennifer Lawrence story proper, not whatever discussion show I caught the remark on. Was last night though, and Cavuto was hosting it.

Jennifer Lawrence is not a child. Someone who puts naked pictures on their phone is not a sex crime victim. They are just stupid.

This thread isn't about Lawrence. Panel was discussing what is and isn't a sex crime (to them evidently.) Found it outrageous anyone would try to make the claim child pornography isn't a sex crime (and presumedly then Lawrence's claim her thing is a sex crime too.)
