What I'd like to see
1. change the Constitution back to where the second place
ticket gets the VP position
2. have Hillary Clinton run with Trump as Pres/VP for the Democratic nomination
and Cruz run with Sanders on the Republican ticket with the agreement to go for VP
3. when Clinton/Trump get elected as the top ticket, have them serve jointly
as EXTERNAL President and "VP acting as INTERNAL President"
focused on foreign and national border security respectively
and agree in advance that all decisions will be made by consensus with advisors from all parties
INCLUDING APPOINTMENTS AND DECISIONS COMING FROM THE SUPREME COURT
then have Cruz and Sanders serve jointly
as EXTERNAL VP and Internal VP
focused on separating policies and programs between
* federal govt and state
* states and parties, especially schools prisons and health care
facilities managed locally by people/communities
