If it were not for Obama, there would no longer be a General Motors.

Of course there would be and it would be a far more competitive company. If GM had been able to go bankrupt and shed its pension plan, it would have been able to rebuilt with lower overhead and lower prices, and that would have translated into higher sales and more jobs for Americans.
