The actual paper is quite interesting. It notes that the expected increase of heat retention will be totally offset by lack of incoming solar radiation and then some.

They indicate that the effects of CO2 in our atmosphere have been exaggerated to the point of absurdity. They point out that our current level of temperature rise is but 1/2 of what was expected by CO2 alone, showing a negative forcing and not a net positive one, is what's actually occurring..

SO... We now see major universities in Europe becoming unafraid to show the dissenting side of the CAGW lie, without fear.

The AGW gravy train is coming off the tracks and they now see the wall hard stop end of the rails...

Lets do some basic math..

1351W/m^2 hits the TOA. Land base stations report just 136 - 156 W/m^2 hits the surface of the earth, depending on latitude values of 0 - 60 (above that they diminish rapidly).

Based on this, just 10% of what hits our stratosphere actually hits earths surface and becomes black body radiation. CO2 can only affect the black body portion of the spectrum which is just 0.04%.

IF the sun drops 15 W/m^2 at TOA will result in a net loss of 1% at surface (roughly 1.5W/m^2.) Remember this is surface radiation only. The radiation that is trapped in our atmosphere and never hits the surface is about 350W/m^2 (this is where NASA gets 350 W/m^2) and our total output of around 450-550 W/m^2 at TOA.

The actual retarded heat loss, of the surface, is less than 2% of total received radiation.

Were talking about the manipulation of just 0-8W/m^2 by CO2 and we have already seen 6+ of them according to the LOG values of CO2. This leaves the potential of just 2W/m^2, of which, a very slight drop in solar output would make a moot point of, as 0.04% of the 2 is just 0.08% total change.

Absent some magical fairy dust warmer fantasy, the sun will most certainly drive all warming or cooling of the planet. One need only look to near by planets and their changes over the last 150 years, to see that their temps have risen exactly as much as the earths in percentage values.

This indicates that it is the suns activity which is driving our current cyclical rise. Those same planets are now beginning to cool and follow earths unadjusted temps very closely. As the paper above suggests, it is the magnetic mirroring of the suns opposing magnetic fields that is driving this. As we grow nearer the 100% offset and null output of the solar dynamo ( around 2030-2040) it will most certainly cool all the planets it serves as a power source for.

When you boil it all down to the basic numbers and no verifiable link to other forcings, CO2 isn't doing crap and cant.

I think its rather funny that other scientists are now exposing the crap lies of the AGW faithful..

IF their predictions come to pass, AGW will be a dead animal and many millions of people will go with it. Many high resolution proxies show a 960 year solar cycle highlighted by a warm up and then a sudden drop into cooling.

Just like the cooling of the 1300's hundreds, they were not ready or prepared for the cooling that came and as such mans population was reduced to just 15% of its high during the MEWP.. I suspect that we will see this same massive death rate when the food supplies dry up and cold allow pathogens to run fast through the populace.

When we reach the null of our suns dynamo I hope it doesn't get stuck and we enter the next glacial period, which were overdue for.. The near 1000 year cycles are very clear in this graph..
