One can be assured, Gods kingdom is the only remaining hope for this satan ruled world. Yet the bible teaches, the majority will put that hope into the image of the beast. Has man ever been able to straighten out all of the hatred, killing, greed etc--no and they never can. Yet many will still put their hope into the image of the beast. Why? false teachers that do not teach them about how wonderful Gods kingdom will be, and what Gods word actually teaches about it. Its a cure all.
Its not the beast itself that is to get worship, it is its image that will get it. Its here right now getting that worship by those living in darkness. Being mislead into putting ones hope into man instead of Gods kingdom.
