:desk: Now this would be just in case a few "Liberal GOP Members" try to pull the same stunt they did with the health-care bill.
What if it comes to, lets say 52-48? and the only reason a few senators said no to lowering all taxes was because they are just being {----------holes} and dont want Trump to succeed?
This would be like what we went thru to get Judge Gorsuch through. If Trump sees obstruction again with tax-reform,,,hey, why not just pass it via executive order? Obama did it quite often,,,right ?? :iagree:

Not sure, but he did sign an executive order to review any major tax regulations set by OBama, as well as two memos to potentially revamp or eliminate fundamental elements of the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reforms.

well didnt Obama find a way to give Iran 150 Billion Dollars without even asking congress?

No! He can only deal with the 16th amendment and perhaps issue an executive order to IRS employees as to how they will make decisions based upon the constitution.
