GOP Candidates afraid MORE of the NRA than ISIL?

Any different than "some [right wing] bureaucrat" deciding that all Syrian refugees may be terrorists?
Has anyone even vaguely suggested that all Syrian refugees may be terrorists? I'm sure no one believes anything like that. But what I believe, and I'm sure many others believe, is all it takes are a few.

What happens when a few dozen of those refugees get pissed off at living conditions in the U.S. and start listening to the "Allahu Akhbar" boys?

How could they be upset with the US? They have welfare, food stamps, and likely a HUD home in the suburbs.

9/11 and three thousand Americans died.

30,000 Americans die every year from guns.

Republicans only get upset when foreigners kill Americans.

So...the terrorists only need get an NRA membership and they will be supported by the RW members of this board.

I've never seen anything close to that, got a link?
Don't you think that right winger that killed all those children at Sandy Hook was a terrorist?
What about the guy who shot a US congresswoman in the head?
In fact, aren't all those right wingers who have shot people terrorists?

That's what you're upset about? What about all those liberals that kill people every single day in places like Chicago, Detroit, and right here in Cleveland?

If you want to move to a place with very few Republicans, move to a ghetto or a prison. You won't find many Republicans in those places.

"GOP Candidates afraid MORE of the NRA than ISIL?"

The problem is most republicans buy into the fallacies, misinformation, and lies advanced by the NRA, such as the ridiculous lie that government seeks to 'ban' all firearms or 'confiscate' guns, where nothing could be further from the truth.

The NRA engages in the same demagoguery and fear-mongering common to most on the right.

The only thing stopping liberals from banning guns is our precious US Constitution. Other than that, they would ban guns in a heartbeat.

Not for criminals or terrorists though. Those, liberals want to be armed.

In the same way that many right wing politicians "accuse" Obama of not wanting to you certain terms when linking terrorism to Islam, these same politicians are afraid of the ire from the NRA in openly stating that any individual who is suspected of terrorist plotting should NOT be allowed to buy automatic weapons or explosive materials.

Whereas Obama does not (rightfully) want us to offend the 1.8 billion Muslims on this planet by tacitly stating that terrorists acts are inspired just by religiosity, GOP candidates are reluctant to "offend" the insanity posed by the powerful NRA lobby in denying ANYONE the right to buy weapons whose only purpose is to kill other human beings..........Go figure.

no one is concerned that government is trying to ban ALL firearms Clayton . Smart Americans know that gov. only wants to ban ALL practical and efficient firearms . No problem with double barrel shotguns or bolt action 3 shot hunting rifles . Gov will allow them the same way they are allowed in England if you are licensed . American gov and gun controllers want to ban efficient small arms that are suitable for the purpose that the second amendment is all about Clayton .

Why would anyone fear the nra? A group of people who want to empower individuals to defend themselves. Nothing to fear unless you want helpless people submitting to you will

Just one more note to the OP:

It's ironic you would be pointing out how "afraid" the GOP is of the NRA. Yet, all the meanwhile you consistently rail against the NRA. You blame them and their members for the gun violence we see on the news. Somehow they are the witches to your Salem. So, I wonder...

Who is afraid of whom? It appears the only one afraid of the NRA here is you.

I suspect every regressivecrat in the country is a potential terrorist, should we deny them their rights?
