GOP-led Senate passing bills at rate not seen in decades

S.Res. 344: A resolution expressing the Sense of the Senate regarding the use of electronic devices on the floor of the Senate.

Thank God this pressing issue facing the United States of America was pushed ahead of health care reform, jobs, economic recovery, the war on terror, and how many paper clips we should allow Obama to have.
It is more important to ban cell phones than confirm a Supreme Court justice
We can't have Senators tweeting from the Senate floor. They need to focus on the nation's business, like an amendment to an amendment to an amendment considering whether or not to have lunch.

The GOP Congress is passing bill after bill that Obama will sign? lol, RINO stampede!

I'm Barack Obama, and I approve this legislation.

As usual the truth is the opposite of what the left wing states. The left wing says that this is a do nothing Congress, when in reality it was and always will be the Congress when run by democrats.

The Senate is off to its best year since 1990 by at least one measure, with more than 30 of its bills having been signed into law by President Obama.

Eighteen months into Republican control of the Senate, the upper chamber has settled into a new normal. The partisan fights remain, and senators aren’t spending much time on the floor debating bills — but they are passing them, and at a surprising clip.

The problem for liberals is that Congress isn't passing the bills they like.

The fear on the GOP side is that they won't be in the majority in the Senate much longer.

So they have gotten in gear finally.

The same cannot be said of the House unfortunately.

But at least they have not repealed Obamacare again for the hundredth time like under Boehner over and over and over.

That's how they got their reputation for doing nothing.

Actually if they didn't like them they would filibuster them like they did the 1964 civil rights act.

Hilarious! NaziCon bills to nowhere. Reminds me of Sarah Palin's famous bridge to nowhere.

So in you opinion that trying to right the wrong of Obamacare and being blocked by the partisan democrats is doing nothing? This congress is much more productive, if you call passing laws productive, then the last democrat controlled congress and they almost had a filibuster proof majority.
