Sorry bout that,

1. Its coming a new governor of Michigan.
2. The old witch is failing.
3. On the way out.
4. She should walk away before the election.
5. It won't spare her election loss, but it would spare her the weight of this loss, which is coming.
6.

Well, that election in that state is about 4 weeks away.
Time will tell on how poster Chesswar's opinion will age.

Right now (as of October 7th) it looks like this: The incumbent up 10% in the polls.

Further, one of my newsfeeds this morning had a short piece on Tudor Dixon. Here is a taster:

"Is the clock ticking on Tudor Dixon?"

"Turn on your TV these days and you’ll have a decent chance of spotting an ad from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Largely missing from the screen is her opponent, Tudor Dixon.

With one month until the Nov. 8 election, Whitmer’s campaign has had a large cash advantage over Dixon, who has struggled to raise money. As of Aug. 22, most big GOP donors did not contribute to Dixon’s campaign or any of the pro-Dixon super PACs, a Bridge analysis found.

The reasons are plenty. But one big one remains: Many simply don’t like Dixon’s odds, GOP and Democratic strategists told Bridge.

There’s still time to turn it around, as many voters are just now beginning to pay attention.

One avenue for attack: Michigan’s rising crime rates. Dixon says Whitmer is soft on crime, but experts say there were many factors, including the pandemic, which seemed to accelerate all manner of social ills."

Aside from that particular race but consistent with the big picture of Republican/Democratic campaigning this season is the clear messaging dichotomy of the two:

To wit: Republicans are spending boatloads of money focusing on higher crime and inflation.
Whereas the Democrats are spending boatloads of money focusing on big government regulating a woman's uterus.

So it is a crime vs abortion dynamic.

Sorry bout that,

1. You *D*'s can vote for spiraling down the drain, if you want too.
2. But,....if you prefer not, then vote RED.
