This is the second time. But this time they hit the air strips and both railways in multiple places... This one is going to be hard to fix for them with hard freeze coming the next few weeks. The snow and ice will make this almost impossible to fix before next spring. This will leave the Russian troops in the Ukraine vulnerable to destruction in a very short time. I expect that it will be hit many more times in the next few weeks making it impossible to fix before spring.
