Greater threat to civil liberties: Islam or Christianity?

American Christians are doing a fair job or banning smoking in the country. Already gotten ads on tv off the air, and forbidden showing anyone smoking on tv and in movies unless a 'bad guy' or the content is rated for adults. Curiously I still see alcohol use in non-adult faire.

Some states have banned smoking even inside your own home on at least a city-level. Most have bans in effect state-wide for smoking anywhere children may frequent as parks, and here in SW Missouri, swimming pools. Consequently, the ash cans are now on the other side of the safety fence and I note with sullen humor how the smoke doesn't stop at the fence-line.

Meanwhile, Americans still passionately oppose anything Islamic. But heartily embrace all things Christian including suspensions to their historical civil liberties like where they smoke.

The greatest threat to individual liberty is that certain people, who will remain nameless, are running around high and fantasizing constantly about deviant sexual acts.
