Worthy Defense of the BLM Riots

7 Aug 2023 ~~ By Mia Cathell

Obama-appointed Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, known as the "toughest punisher" of January 6 defendants and who is now handling former President Donald Trump's J6 case, vehemently defended the violent Black Lives Matter riots that ravaged America in 2020.
Flashback to the Oct. 4, 2021 sentencing hearing for one of the dozens of J6ers Chutkan sentenced—of which, all 38 Capitol rioters she handed prison stretches—where the Obama appointee personified CNN's infamous "FIERY, BUT MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTESTS" chyron in a courtroom defense of the George Floyd-era BLM uprisings. Lest we forget when racial justice militants, seeking so-called "reparations" over the death of the fentanyl-using career criminal, vandalized and looted locally-owned businesses, set fire to ma-and-pa storefronts, and hurled Molotov cocktails at police during a summer-long reign of terror.
Parroting the mainstream media's trademarked talking-point on the destructive BLM riots that decimated communities across the country, Chutkan claimed that most of the Prada-pilfering George Floyd avengers used peaceful means, rather than force, to bring about sociopolitical change "for civil rights." That's when she lifted the "mostly peaceful" lingo directly from CNN's on-air graphic that the left-wing network unironically broadcasted over a scene of arson at the Jacob Blake riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin
~Snip~
Nevertheless, for Chutkan, the Jamaica-born judge believes a majority of the 2020 BLM mob—the part that wasn't firebombing police stations nightly—was non-violent, as she continues to toss Facebook-posting MAGA meemaws, who took selfies inside the Capitol building and spent about 10 to 12 minutes inside, in federal prison, even when prosecutors recommended no jail time.

Last week, Chutkan was tapped to preside over Special Counsel Jack Smith's federal "election interference" case against thrice-indicted 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump. But, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) campaign-finance records, Chutkan poured thousands of dollars into Barack Obama's presidential campaign coffers, as Townhall reported.

At the time of the campaign contributions, prior to the presidential appointment, Chutkan was an attorney for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, where Biden's son Hunter once worked as legal counsel, a "no-show" job that reportedly earned the First Son $216,000-a-year. Emails from Hunter's "laptop from hell" show that the Biden-linked law firm, which has been accused of behind-the-scenes influence peddling, allegedly dodged divulging lobbying disclosures of its work with Ukrainian energy giant Burisma.

Commentary:
Surely, Judge Chutkan will fairly handle the trial of former Pres. Trump just as she as handled BLM and Jan 6th cases.
Actually we have seen the opposite.
Time to either recuse herself, or petition the Courts for change of venue and replacement of Judge Chutka based upon the political bias she proudly wears on her sleeve.

Hope the GOP gets some balls and starts ramping up the exposure of these sociopaths. Just because the elite hate Trump, they're on the wrong side of all that is good and holy if they're not fighting these criminal libturds.

On top of that, if the globalists do win, they will be after the sniveling RINO pukes with just as much aggression. They're not just going to be happy putting Trump in jail or even worse, they're going to work to finish off all political opposition and then it's going to be medieval. Think Stalin was bad guy? He will look like an altar boy that didn't get butt ****ed by the time these lunatics are done.

Leftists don't recuse themselves for conflict of interest. That would be the right thing to do, which is why they do the opposite.

She'll lie and say "I can be impartial". And that will be the end of that. Watch.

There is no reasonable expectation for the rest of us to think a bed wetter would relinquish the power to cause harm to Trump of all people.

Granted no matter how remote a conflict might be, if it's an opponent of treasonous democrook sociopaths they better recuse themselves or there will be riots, fires, vandalism and possibly even deaths as a consequence.

sounds like trump will get at least 1 fair trial.

everything you think you know about the 2020 events seems wrong, the windows were broken and fires set by "boogaloo boys," trumpist provocateurs who WANT a "race war." is that what you want?

we old guys from the anti war and anti globalization movements recognize provocateurs and usually keep them marginal, the kids at a blm event (which is pretty much a religious memorial (what we orleanians call a "social aid and pleasure club" - one way the poor handle funerals and such.) will learn eventually as well.

That Trump will be tried for his coup attempt is not a violation of his rights. It is a fulfillment of his rights. It is the grace of the American republic. In other systems, when your coup attempt fails, what follows is not a trial.. tidrich

What's not to like about Judge Chutkan. She is said to be touch on J6 rioters. Trump with his usually low intelligence attacks her in his personal social message board. The stupidity of this man knows no bounds. Attacking the judge in hopes that he can incite his followers to push for her to be removed. That is Trumps problem. He will depend on his followers to sacrifice themselves for him. He is not man enough to face what he sowed.

Yet she was chosen to do a job just like the partisan Supreme Court does. They will attack but it won't matter. . Trump will appeal to the next higher court.

She recently wrote, quote, "presidents are not kings, and a plaintiff is not president," end of quote.

What is not to like. She gets it.

So Trump attacking her is more akin to a tantrum fit saying "I want a judge that I appointed".

Trump has no respect for the judicial system. He assumes that people he appointed will be partisan and those he did not to be partisan. He does not know how to be fair and assumes others are the same way.

A man like Trump who uses the justice system for his own selfish purposes and refuses to take any blame. That's why lawyers flock to him as he will provide them work and he can pay their fees.

Well you reap what you sow.

The verdict will be delivered and the side show will be amusing.

A previous ruling against Trump by the Judge decision was accepted 8 to 1 by the United States Supreme Court.

Let the show begin

There seems to be a disproportionate number of prosecutors and judges who are 1) black females, and 2) racist and biased .
