Mainly caused by holding a radiation emitting device alongside the few remaining cells , as a dare presumably .

Can't give them the death penalty if they didn't kill anyone. Only way they can get the death penalty without killing someone is for citizens to carry guns.

I've read a few lengthy articles by journalists who spent time in prison to see what they are really like inside. They would stay a month tops and then write about what they are really like. You can't really tell what it's like in a month. When I worked there it took me nearly a year to see what went on, but of course I wasn't there 24/7.
