Here's a Bible quote you'll never hear from the RW or GOP.
Isaiah 10 1-4

10 Woe to those who make unjust
laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, 2 to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless. 3 What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? Where will you leave your riches? 4 Nothing will remain but to cringe among the captives or fall among the slain. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.

For all that wish to hurt the poor and give everything to the rich..

what Jesus preached..

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

People are oppressed by excessive taxation, dear, dear Matthew, yet you support it.

That this concerns Abuse of Power clearly eludes you.

Isaiah is OT. There are many passages in the OT that deal with tithing and giving to the poor, the widow, the fatherless child. Not that you cough up half of what you have to a freaking government.

Walk soft. For many of us are well versed in scripture Matthew.

“But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?”
— Jesus Christ believed we should help each other, as liberals do today.

Welfare and the social safety net: The Christian Right keeps ranting about how raising taxes to pay for programs that help the poor is somehow like forcing us into slavery. But Jesus Christ’s views on feeding, clothing, and helping people in need was more in line with how liberals think. Jesus flat-out told his followers that when they help people in need, He sees that as directly serving Him:
“Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.” [Matthew 25:34-36 KJV]

Christmas. The birth of Jesus. The son of God!. Give all your money away this year.

Any who vote for a permanent tax cut for the corporations and a temporary one for the middle class are not Christians in practice.

God was drunk when he wrote that part

(Proverbs 14:31) Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.

(Matthew 11:28) Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

(Colossions 3:12)Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

(Matthew 25:45) "He will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'
