Hid behind the 5th 125+ times in 90 minutes

Hmm yes, let us look at the reality.

138 people in Ronald Reagan's administration were charged, indicted, or convicted of crimes. Only 8 in Nixon's administration were charged, indicted or convicted and sent to prison, Nixon resigned as a result. Scooter Libby in the Bush administration was indicted and convicted of crimes in the Valeria Plame case where Bush had his administration out a CIA agent which put her and her husband in peril. A sitting president outs a CIA agent for political purposes. As soon as Scooter Libby was convicted Bush pardoned him. How special.

Number of people charged, indicted, or convicted in President Obama's administration? ZERO.

Yes, please go on and on about criminal activity and who should be in jail. Conservatives are so good at it.
Actually the REALITY is that Scooter Libby did NOT out Valerie Plume and was never convicted of doing that. He was convicted of Perjury which is illegal to only charge someone with Perjury. The Special Prosecutor KNEW that Libby did NOT out Plume and so never charged him with said crime.
Huh? Who said Libby was charged with outing a covert CIA agent?
Did you bother to read the quoted post?
Of course I did. He said Libby was charged of crimes in a case where a CIA agent was outed. He didn't say what the charges against Libby were.
He was charged with ONE crime perjury which is ILLEGAL it is against Federal Law to base an entire case on perjury only. And since in fact he never outed Plume how can he be guilty of perjuring himself in regards that investigation?
You're delirious. First of all, he was charged, and convicted, of FIVE charges, not one.

  • Perjury - guilty
  • Perjury - guilty
  • Obstruction of justice - guilty
  • Lying to federal investigators - guilty
  • Lying to federal investigators - guilty

Secondly, perjury is lying under oath. Anyone can commit that even if they're not charged with, or even the target of, the underlying crime.

Why am I deflecting from your thread's topic?

Fixed it for you. How much are you getting paid to sit in your mommy's basement and deflect for Hillary?

Testifying in Congress? Plead the Fifth

Pete Williams explains why taking the Fifth Amendment can be a sound strategy for those appearing before Congress, regardless of their guilt or innocence.

Testifying in Congress? Plead the Fifth - NBC News

It's common knowledge among smart lawyers for their clients to take the Fifth when testifying before Congress. Congress has a history of making mountains out of molehills.

“There’s a perception that when you take the Fifth, you’re guilty,” said William Cowden, a former assistant United States Attorney now with The Federal Practice Group a Washington-based employment law firm.

“If you do that as a politician, you’re dead,” Cowden said. “But the difference between a politician and a bureaucrat is they’re not facing an electorate. If you start answering all those questions, it’s going to open you up to self incrimination.”

He's doing what Hillary & Obama do best....keep Americans in the dark.

When you take the 5th 125+ times when you already have immunity you are DEFINITELY hiding something.

That would depend on how "broad" the immunity is.

You guys got me. You're right. This has nothing at all to do with Hillary.

"Hillary Clinton IT specialist Bryan Pagliano invoked the Fifth more than 125 times during a 90-minute,"
Still isn't Hillary.
Yes, honey, it's about Hillary because the IT guy is the sacrificial goat for the pig.
Honey?? I'm a dude, ya flamin' faggot. <smh>

And what do you think Pagliano taking the 5th has to do with Hillary? How is taking the 5th, sacrificial? Your post is just wrong on so many levels.

His immunity deal was to speak with the FBI, not with a conservative watchdog group

I know you're a dude. With immunity he's taking the 5th? Must have seen a morgue picture of Vince Foster. But he had better watch out for big rigs on the hiway.

His immunity was to talk to the FBI, not Judicial Watch. Vince Foster committed suicide. Taking the Fifth protects him, not Hillary.

Where's dons tax returns?
where is hildabeast's transcripts and 33,000 deleted emails?

Get the emails from the people who sent them. Ask someone who went to her speeches about what she said .
FYI
The 33000 personal emails are on her server that the FBI took control of August of 2015, none were erased....so, it's a lie when people say the govt never got these personal emails because she deleted them.... the govt has had them since September, when the FBI easily retrieved them off of her server.

She turned over her work related emails over 2 years ago.

No shit. They want to ask him about emails that are supposably top secrete !? That means he's would be revealing secrets to them! A crime , right?

Immunity only covers shit you've done already .

Bryan Pagliano cooperated with the FBI and answered all of the FBI's questions...

who is more important for him to talk to? the FBI or judicial watch?
