Hillary Camp Ridiculously Attacking Trump On Dishonesty Through Media Surrogates

Hillary’s lies show that she's dishonest.
What do Trump's lies show?
Name one.
Take your pick:

  • Trump boasted that he “predicted Osama bin Laden.” Nope. The book Trump published in 2000 mentioned bin Laden once, and predicted nothing about bin Laden’s future plans.
  • Trump “heard” that Obama is “thinking about signing an executive order where he wants to take your guns away.” If so, he misheard. What Obama reportedly considered was requiring large-volume private gun dealers to conduct background checks, not confiscating firearms from those who own them.
  • Trump said he “heard” the Obama administration plans to accept 200,000 Syrian refugees — even upping that wildly inaccurate number to 250,000 in another speech. Nope and nope. The number is about 10,000.
  • Trump said he got to know Putin “very well” while the two were on CBS’ “60 Minutes.” Nope. The two men were interviewed separately, in different countries thousands of miles apart.
  • Trump claimed his campaign is “100 percent” self-funded. Nope. At the time, more than 50 percent of his campaign’s funds had come from outside contributors.
  • Trump said his tax plan is revenue neutral. Nope. The pro-business Tax Foundation estimated the Trump plan would reduce revenues to the Treasury by more than $10 trillion over 10 years, even assuming his plan would create economic growth.
  • Trump told the story of a 2-year old who got autism a week after the child got a vaccine. But there’s no evidence of such a link. The study that claimed to have found a link between vaccines and autism has been exposed as an “elaborate fraud.” It was retracted five years ago by the journal that published it, and the author was stripped of his license to practice medicine in Britain.
  • Trump said Mexico doesn’t have a birthright citizenship policy. It does.
  • Trump claimed credit for getting Ford Motor Co. to move a plant from Mexico to Ohio. Ford says that’s baloney; it made the decision years before Trump even announced his run for president.
  • Trump denied that he ever called female adversaries some of these things: “fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals.” He used all of those terms.
  • Trump said in June “there are no jobs” to be had, when official statistics were showing 5.4 million job openings — the most in 15 years.
  • Trump claimed economic growth in the U.S. has “never” been below zero — until the third quarter of 2015. “Who ever heard of this?” he asked. Except it’s not unheard of. Economic growth has been below zero 42 times since 1946.

When your best defense of a candidate beleaguered by a reputation for dishonesty is, "Well, the other guy lies a bunch", you're not helping a lot.

Add to that Hillary lies about national security, and you're really not helping.

If you insist on using Factcheck.org.....I have to call bullshit.

Find an independent source, not a source funded by the left.

And start Factchecking Hillary the way you do Trump.

Otherwise you're full of crap.

name an acceptable "independent source"
I can name a few....but you won't accept any unless it's approved by PMSNBC or the Democrat Party.

My best option is read up on these, so-called, statements at several links, and find out which ones he said and which ones the press just made up. Most of the time, doing your own research, leads to some different conclusions.

Trump is a serial liar. That much is known and largely admitted to by his enablers. Except they call it "hyperbole".
Problem is that corrupt media fails to apply the proper context. If it's about the POTUS election and lying it must include both candidates. Hillary is way ahead in that category and belongs in jail. Omitting that makes you equally corrupt.

You don't know me so you don't know what I'd accept. Let me make it easy for you by just providing some Trump quotes you can verity:

When Thomas Roberts of MSNBC asked Trump, "Do you have a relationship with Vladimir Putin? A conversational relationship or anything that you feel you have sway or influence over his government?" Trump responded, "I do have a relationship, and I can tell you that he's very interested in what we're doing here today. He's probably very interested in what you and I am saying today, and I'm sure he's going to be seeing it in some form." -- interview, November, 2013

Stephanopoulos: "Let's talk about Russia. You made a lot of headlines with Russia this week. What exactly is your relationship with Vladimir Putin?"
Trump: "I have no relationship to -- with him. I have no relationship with him." -- from the Trump-Stephanopoulos interview, which aired on ABC’s This Week on July 31.

One of those statements must be a lie.

Just terrible.

So......are you saying Hillary's lies are okay, and Trump's aren't??

I think that's what you're saying.

BTW, did you hear Trump say this live, or are you just taking someone's word for it?

One quote involved a Clinton staffer and the other is from a democrat propaganda institution so I'm sure there was sufficient context.

Hillary Clinton, the most corrupt and dishonest politician in history,

Hillary Clinton- 1/10 as corrupt and dishonest as Donald Trump.

Faint praise indeed- but yeah- Trump is 10 times as much of a liar as Clinton.

Trump lies as easily as he breathes.

That is exactly what I'm NOT saying. There are no Republican or Democratic lies there are only lies. I don't particularly care for HC but I'll vote for her. What I won't do is excuse her lies and spinning. I hold Trump to the same standard but I don't think you can say the same since you strain to find excuses for his lies.

So if Hillary is criticized by Fox News or some right-wing radio host I'd you'd advise me to ignore it because we are not on the same political side?

No, Trump is a Gazzillion times more a fibber than hILLARY.

But Trump is not a politician so he gets a free pass.
I've discovered that the media is dishonest, and that they often twist his words and dream up contortions in context to cast aspersions on Trump's statements, even when they aren't his statements in the first place.

The Khans were a perfect example of this outright distortion of the facts. Trump wondered why Mrs. Kahn was silent. That's all.

Yesterday Juan Williams said Trump has been all buddy-buddy with David Duke....and that Trump supports the KKK....both are despicable lies.

When it comes to calling women in general fat pigs, this is another distortion. He called Rosie O'Donnell a fat disgusting pig, a degenerate, and anyone who has met her or worked with her knows this to be 100% correct.

I've discovered that mudwhistle is dishonest.

I am pretty sure we have all discovered that mudwhistle is dishonest.

He is the most dishonest person that has ever walked on the face of this Earth in our time..... but I don't know if he puts out a lie a minute as an act or part of his SHOWmanship, or he is just a plain flat out chronic liar and the man of perdition?
